How do I contact customer support/service?

You can create a ticket using our chatbot in our main page on bmiMD.com or you can email our customer support team via orders@bmimd.com

Expect a reply within 24-72 hours during business hours. We appreciate your patience and we will make sure to help you out within our business hours! 

Our team is working diligently to respond to all messages as soon as possible.


Here are some common links and questions asked below to help you out for now!

-If you have already completed your Medical Intake form/Followup Form and want to message the doctor for any questions or concerns, please click HERE for the portal

-For Medication Instructions, please click HERE

-Early Refill: You can resubscribe for your early refill directly from your bmiMD login. If you are having any issues, please request your early refill via email: orders@bmiMD.com

-Shipping Questions: Once you get your message from the provider that your eligible and approved from the doctor, It takes about 3-5 business days to process and the tracking will be sent to you from the pharmacy directly once prepared!

-Billing/Subscription Status: Please log in directly to your bmiMD.com account to access to change your billing information or subscription status as needed.

-Refunds: If you were deemed not eligible by the provider, our billing team will refund your full cost and shipping cost, please give 3-5 business days for refund processing as it does take some time. We appreciate your patience!

-Coupon Code is Not Working: Please be sure that you are entering the “REDEMPTION CODE”, not the Order Number. (Redemption code is the code without Dashes, Order number has Dashes. If unsure, please contact their customer service for assistance on where to find it!)

-Forgot to enter my Coupon Code: Don’t worry, no need to cancel your order! Please be sure to send us your Full First Name, Last Name, Order Number, Date of Birth, and Redemption code, so we can have your account credited back within Business Hours! *Code must be purchased before your order time
